遇到小型高低溫濕熱試驗箱故障不要慌

   作為操作人員,我們遇到小型高低溫濕熱試驗箱出現故障時不要慌,只要掌握了故障分析的方法,對癥下藥,很快就可以“藥到病除”。本文我們就簡單舉幾個例子吧。

  一、小型高低(di)溫濕(shi)熱(re)試(shi)驗(yan)箱在做濕(shi)熱(re)試(shi)驗(yan)中,出現(xian)實(shi)際濕(shi)度(du)會達到100%或者(zhe)實(shi)際濕(shi)度(du)與目標濕(shi)度(du)相差很大,數值低(di)得很多(duo)。

  四、小型高低溫濕熱試驗箱不制冷,分析如下:

  原因一:

  由于是(shi)溫(wen)度(du)保持(chi)不住,觀察制(zhi)冷(leng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)在試驗箱運(yun)行(xing)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)是(shi)否(fou)能夠啟(qi)動,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)在環(huan)境試驗設備運(yun)行(xing)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)都(dou)能夠啟(qi)動,說明(ming)(ming)從主電源到各(ge)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電器線路(lu)正(zheng)常,電器系統(tong)(tong)方面也沒有問(wen)(wen)題(ti)。電氣(qi)系統(tong)(tong)沒有問(wen)(wen)題(ti),繼續檢查制(zhi)冷(leng)系統(tong)(tong)。首先檢查兩組制(zhi)冷(leng)機(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)低溫(wen)(R23)級壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)排(pai)氣(qi)和吸氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力都(dou)較正(zheng)常值偏低,而且吸氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力呈抽空狀態,說明(ming)(ming)主制(zhi)冷(leng)機(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)冷(leng)劑量不足。用手(shou)摸主機(ji)組R23壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)排(pai)氣(qi)和吸氣(qi)管(guan)路(lu),發現排(pai)氣(qi)管(guan)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)不高,吸氣(qi)管(guan)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)也不低(未結霜),這也說明(ming)(ming)了主機(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)R23制(zhi)冷(leng)劑缺(que)乏。

  原因二:

  未確定故障(zhang)原因,結合高低(di)溫濕熱試(shi)驗箱的控(kong)制過程(cheng)進一步確認故障(zhang)原因,該試(shi)驗箱擁(yong)有兩套制冷(leng)(leng)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)。一為主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu),另(ling)一為輔(fu)助機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu),在(zai)降(jiang)(jiang)溫速率(lv)較大(da)時(shi)(shi),兩組(zu)(zu)(zu)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),在(zai)溫度(du)(du)保(bao)持階段初(chu)期,兩組(zu)(zu)(zu)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)依(yi)然(ran)(ran)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。待(dai)溫度(du)(du)初(chu)步穩(wen)定下來,輔(fu)助機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)停(ting)止工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),由主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)來維持溫度(du)(du)的穩(wen)定。如果主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)R23泄露,會使主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的制冷(leng)(leng)效果不大(da),由于(yu)降(jiang)(jiang)溫過程(cheng)中,兩機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),故沒有溫度(du)(du)穩(wen)定不住(zhu)的現象,而指示降(jiang)(jiang)溫速率(lv)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)。在(zai)溫度(du)(du)保(bao)持階段,一旦(dan)輔(fu)助機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)停(ting)止工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)又(you)無制冷(leng)(leng)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),試(shi)驗箱內的空氣就會緩(huan)慢上(shang)升(sheng),當(dang)溫度(du)(du)上(shang)升(sheng)到(dao)一定程(cheng)度(du)(du),控(kong)制系統(tong)就會啟動輔(fu)助機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)來降(jiang)(jiang)溫,將(jiang)溫度(du)(du)下降(jiang)(jiang)至設定值(-55℃)附近,然(ran)(ran)后(hou)輔(fu)助機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)又(you)停(ting)止工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),如不能及(ji)時(shi)(shi)解決故障(zhang),請(qing)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)與廠家!
